TFS T14 DIY

This multirotor is a DIY (Do It Yourself): it is up to you to mount it. It borrows from the principle of Legos with its bricks to be fitted. The heart of the device is located in a central brick, connected by power leads to the motors, brushed versions. You can mount it in different ways. Nice to do experiments: what if a motor arm is shorter?

Limited, however

Too bad that the freedom of assembly seems to be all relative, there are not many possible combinations to mount the arms. The device would have benefited from more parts for assembly. It comes with a battery and a remote control in mode 2 (gas on the left), and a protection of propellers. The TFS T14 is offered at less than 27 € at Banggood (with port but without taxes) in red or blue. For 13 € more, it is provided with a camera that diffuses images in (almost) real time to a smartphone, via wifi.

Additionally, if you happen need to purchase some rc drone parts, you can search via Banggood website, which is one of the wholesale platform to provide affordable prices, such as fatshark video transmitter, jjrc h20 battery, etc.

Porsche says these are the 5 models in your story that sound best Do we accept the proposal?

Throughout the history Porsche has been known to bring to the market a few sports whose mechanics and escapes sounded very, but that very, well. Already in my day I told you why the different engine configurations produce different sounds and, in the case of Porsche, the location of its technological engines in combination with the experience inherited from the competition, make many production models are able to create delicious Symphonies for our ears.

We are not talking about models that are going to be more remembered for their sound than for their aesthetics, but the German brand has chosen the five sports of its history that best considers that sound and shows us in this curious video shot in his museum. And far from what you may be thinking, not all of them are six-cylinder boxers.

The first of them is the Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 RS of 1973, a series limited to 1,590 units created to obtain the homologation in the competition. In fact, the Jenson Button himself had one owned and his six-cylinder atmospheric boxer barrel and his cooling system are quite hard to forget. The model popularized the "duck tail" wing and developed a total power of 210 hp that allowed it to reach 100 km / h from standing in just six seconds and a top speed of 243 km / h.

The next is neither more nor less than the Porsche 550 Spyder racing, an old-fashioned cabriolet (without hood) that was characterized by a brilliant aerodynamics. Conceived to dazzle in the world of competition, this model managed to win with a victory in 1954 and was ranked third in the famous Pan American Carrera. Currently its power may seem derisory, but with its four-cylinder engine with four camshafts and a power of 110 hp, the 550 Spyder was a bullet and is one of the 7 Porsche supercar that made history. This contributed significantly to its total weight of only 550 kg, which allowed it to reach 220 km / h. The price at that time was around 12,500 euros.

It is followed by the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS, equipped with the highest possible degree of competition technology that can currently be incorporated into a 911 homologated for the road. Good proof of this is the 'heart' of the beast, no less than a four-cylinder 4.0-liter engine capable of developing 500 hp and 480 Nm maximum torque.

Finally, the video ends with the last two Porsche hypercars, as it could not be otherwise. We talked about the 918 Spyder and the Carrera GT. The first one has lost some adepts because it is a plug-in hybrid model, but it is a pure strain racing machine capable of exhausting all the possibilities offered by the combined combustion engine and electric motor unit. With a maximum performance level of 887 hp, combined fuel consumption remains around 3 l / 100 km and electricity consumption is only 12.7 kWh / 100 km. If you are very purist and still have doubts about its value, you should know that it broke the pre-established record of seven minutes for a return to Green Hell, achieving a time of 06:57 minutes.

The Porsche Carrera GT, on the other hand, had a 'heart' of ten cylinders in V and a power of 612 CV. The engine was special, but not so much as its carbon fiber monocoque and its ceramic brakes and clutch. The market only came out an exclusive series of 1,270 units of this sporty ultra-flat central engine. On September 21, 2004, the Carrera GT conquered the Nürburgring Nordschleife by stopping the stopwatch in 7:33 minutes, setting a new lap record for road vehicles.

But all this does not make sense without you being able to see for yourself the video and listen to the roaring roar of these gems of engineering. Put on the helmets, turn up the volume and PLAY!

Kawasaki Racing will test the latest developments in Almeria

The Kawasaki Racing team will soon hold their on-track test sessions when drivers Tom Sykes and Loris Baz join the rest of the squad for a test at the Almeria circuit.

The two official Kawasaki riders will be on track on January 17 and 18, immediately after the lifting of the test ban. Since the last races in Jerez in late 2012, KHI and various team suppliers have been working hard to develop new materials and strategies and Almería will be the first opportunity for the whole team to evaluate the SBK 2013.

The team will test the latest developments in suspension, plus many new parts designed to improve performance.

Although Almería is not an SBK circuit, it is an ideal place for the team to make real comparisons of the new materials.

After the final European test, the KRT team will go to Australia to perform more tests at Phillip Island. This place is faster and more fluid and also hosts the first race of the season SBK 2013, on February 24.

Rowen has transformed the Subaru WRX STI into a spectacular street rally car

A little more than a month ago we knew the new Subaru WRX STI, one of those legendary cars that has been behind us, now with a series of mainly aesthetic changes that mainly affect its restructured front fascia or directional LED headlamps. Without a doubt it is a toy that every motor enthusiast should drive at least once in his life, a fun car that always asks for more. As a result of the disappearance of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution has no rival, and has become the king.

Many people call it the street car more like a true rally vehicle, but Rowen International has wanted to go further and has added a number of elements to make it even more beastly. With an advanced all-wheel drive system it is equipped with a four-cylinder engine and is able to devour miles on all types of surfaces, from gravel, snow or wet floors. This is where Rowen has carried out his work with a more daring bodykit that takes us directly to the models used by the brand in competition.

At the front we find a completely new bumper, modified fog lamps, a redesigned grill and daytime lights with five individual LEDs. A set of new tires that remind us of the golden classics used by the Impreza, giving it the purest style rally. Various vinyls and stickers have also been added on the bodywork to give it a more authentic look along with new side skirts, wider front wheel arches and a small spoiler over the trunk.

The body package is really complete, not a single detail has been left to chance and as you can see the result is spectacular. Also added an exhaust system that promises to give us a symphony worthy of the best symphony room, but the rear bumper is also completely new along with a diffuser that incorporates a rain light inspired by Formula 1.
