10 important rules you need to follow for safe driving at night

During the night, traffic decreases by 60%, but 42% of fatal accidents occur in these conditions. Even so, many drivers prefer to drive at night. In fact, the human being is day animals. A driver receives 90% of the traffic information through the view, and its quality is conditioned by its capacity of visual perception, resulting from:
1.Light sensation, assessing its variations of intensity
2.Sensation of forms, or visual acuity
3.Chromatic feeling, or the ability to recognize colours
These three processes are disturbed, reducing the visual capacity of 1/20 night compared to daylight capacity, which exposes the eyes and the brain to greater efforts during the day to be able to act quickly and effectively. That means nice car led lights are extremely important.

Tips for safe night driving
We detail some guidelines for driving in a safe way: but above all, drivers must maintain a vigilant, attentive and anticipatory attitude:
1.Slow down. Be able to fully stop the vehicle within the headlamp lighting field. With the dipped beam, the maximum recommended speed is 90km/h.
2.Maintain a safe distance of not less than three seconds with the vehicle preceding it.
3.Increase the look of the mirrors at least every 10 seconds.
4.Increase the stops, taking time to recover and clean the windows,  headlights and windshields.
5.Turn on the dipped headlights, not the position lights at dusk. If you hesitate between turning them on and off, turn them on.
6.If symptoms of fatigue or difficulty appear, we should maintain concentration, stop, do a gentle exercise, ingest some food or energizing drink.
7.Before symptoms of drowsiness or difficulty staying focused, stop, give a 20-minute nap and drink a stimulant coffee or drink. If fatigue persists, sleep as much as needed.
8.Use long lights whenever possible, but use the short ones to dazzle other drivers.
9.Reduce the light intensity of the instrument cluster because it helps to see the road better. The more light there is on the inside, the worse on the outside.
10.In case of glare slowing down and if necessary, stop, look away to the right and look for the white band of the shoulder as a reference, circulate next to the white band but not the shoulder, and ultimately close the left eye.

All in all, if you have to drive at night, your car must be equipped with strong lights like the p27 7w bulb which has high luminous efficiency, low power consumption and long service life. It is such green and environmentally-friendly products, which will save energy, and its safe stable and reliable, easy to install, necessary for the emergency situation.
