The Jaguar F-Type will have a version with diesel engine

Goodbye to the glamor and mechanical refinement in the F-Type ?. According to the latest spy images that have been published by some British media, Jaguar has since last April working on a diesel option for the beautiful F-Type.

It will not be the first time that a sports car is associated with a diesel mechanic to get the attention of those users looking for style, dynamism and lower fuel consumption. Examples are several such as the Audi TT TDI or Mercedes SLC250d.

The fact is that the Jaguar F-Type is situated in a higher step and we would never have thought of a possible diesel option. However it seems that in a few months will go on sale associated with the block 2.0d with four cylinders, something that we could also criticize (with six cylinders would be less "sacrilege").

According to Autocar, the new diesel would be being tested with many changes to sweeten its response, decrease the loudness and reduce vibrations, all to try to achieve a refinement similar to that of a block of gasoline.

Continuing with what the British teammates published, the F-Type 2.0d could have about 300hp of power and this would be enough to guarantee a very high level of performance. If you will finally see the light we will know next year, at which point you will receive your first facelift.

Additionally, if you need to purchase some car gadgets, you can search via Banggood website, which is one of the wholesale platform to provide affordable prices, such as audi mirror switch, vw golf gear stick, etc.
